I am pleased to share with you that beginning September 02, 2025, we will operate under the name Conducere Group.

When beginning this endeavor, I thought I would simply be a solopreneur, however, it seems that our Lord had other plans as He kept bringing others alongside me and they are incredible people. 

 

So, it is no longer just me or about me, it is now an amazing group of like-minded professionals that are serving our clients well and in a much better fashion than I could have ever done by myself. 

 

Since our firm’s previous name was my own name, you may be wondering if this announcement affects my role. Short answer: Not a bit. I thoroughly enjoy my work, and I am committed to leading our team and serving our clients for the foreseeable future.

Why “Conducere”? This name is not just a name change; it is a better reflection of ways in which we have evolved. Conducere, /kon-dü-seh-rē/, comes from the Latin, meaning "to conduct, to lead" and "to assemble, to bring together". This embodies what has become a core focus of our firm: "Helping leaders lead together." It also speaks to the collaborative spirit we bring to every partnership.

We are deeply grateful for your continued partnership and the trust you have placed in us. We value our relationship with you and look forward to continuing to grow together under our new name.
